This course, devised specifically for ready-made groups who prefer to stay in their configurations rather than mixing and matching, was a huge success on its debut in 2010, with the dynamic, young London Myriad Ensemble offering participants their boundless enthusiasm as well as expertise and insight. We’ll welcome any configuration of wind or wind and piano ensemble within reason, from trio formations up to dectets. Please bring along your prepared repertoire, and please help our busy administrative team by booking as a complete group
all at once.

Details Come and hear the winner of the 2009 2nd International Israeli Music Competition, the London Myriad Ensemble, play a varied and exuberant programme as part of this recital series at St. Peter's Church in Notting Hill including a mix of duos, trios and quartets for wind instruments.

St Peter’s is on Kensington Park Road and was designed by the architect, Thomas Allom, as an integral part of his design for Kensington Park Gardens, Stanley crescent and Stanley Gardens and is a few minutes walk away from Notting Hill Gate tube station. The church has a beautiful atmosphere and lovely acoustics.

The concert is free with tea, cakes and biscuits afterwards. Please don't miss this opportunity and please come and support us!!

The London Myriad Ensemble perform the first of their 2011 series at St Mary-at-Hill.

Come and hear the winner of the 2009 2nd International Israeli Music Competition, the London Myriad Ensemble play a varied and exuberant programme in the first of a three-concert series at St Mary-at-Hill with its gorgeous acoustics and magnificent space. Hidden away in Billingsgate in the heart of the City, the beautiful church retains the original vision of Sir Christopher Wren, having been in existence for 1000 years. It survived the Blitz and two major fires. 

5-minute walk from Monument tube. Coffee and tea will be served after the concert. Next concert on Thursday 3 March at 13:05 joined by pianist Yuki Negishi.

This exciting new course will include a final concert for
participants and concentrated individual group coaching within
a relaxed environment.
The London Myriad Ensemble will give a mid-course pre-
concert talk and the performance of a fundamental work for
wind quintet. This will be followed by an open discussion and
question/answer session about the piece, about performing as
a quintet with room for specific instrument questions.
This course is a chance to bring along some important works
for wind ensemble for detailed work alongside this young and
dynamic quintet.

We are sorry to announce that this concert has been cancelled or postponed until further notice as the venue informed CCMS today that they have double-booked the venue. Please accept our apologies! 

Croydon Chamber Music Series 2010 host the London Myriad Ensemble to form their opening concert of the 2010 series.
