Whilst a core wind quartet, other instrumental combinations, from duo to sextet, (with or without piano) can easily be accommodated. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
The London Myriad Ensemble, both as a group and individually, have a wealth of experience of delivering high quality education projects and workshops to cater for all ages.
In 2016, they delivered a range of education projects and concerts based around Roald Dahl's Revolting Rhymes as part of the Roald Dahl Centenary year.
They have worked closely with the Concordia Foundation as resident artists on their 'Young Audiences' educational series at Wiltons Theatre in East London, collaborating with actors, artists and other musicians, to provide a stimulating and educational experience to schoolchildren in the Tower Hamlets area.
The London Myriad Ensemble also work regularly with adult amateur musicians, giving a regular residential course at Benslow Music Centre in Hitchin, Herts. - a fantastic centre for all amateur music-making. Members of the group coach advanced, pre-formed wind quintets, sextets and a variety of wind ensembles on much of the wind repertoire culminating in an open workshop and discussion plus a final concert.
"The London Myriad Ensemble has always provided us with a staggering quantity and quality of insightful tuition, charged with the energy and enthusiasm of youth and supported by the players' skill and experience as professional performers. Their courses at Benslow offer a very rare opportunity for any long-established or ad hoc self selecting ensemble to apply as a group, choosing its own repertoire (possibly practising in advance!) and working as a team for the duration of the course, facilitating excellent progress with particular pieces of music and, especially, with ensemble skills. Bring your regular outfit, or invite musician friends from far-flung places to form a group, and enjoy the chance to work and play together under the London Myriad's inspired guidance in the relaxed and homely comfort of Little Benslow Hills."

Individually, members of the London Myriad Ensemble also give masterclasses across the country for advanced musicians, university and college and A-level students. Projects run by individual members of the group include the 'South East Clarinet Day,' and 'Music for Life,' an education project supporting music tuition in the slums of Nairobi, Kenya.
